Broiled Mexican Shrimp
Totally simple, quick, and delicious

 

½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon chili powder or red pepper flakes

Preheat the broiler.  Toss the shrimp in the seasonings.  Spread shrimp in a single layer on a foil- and spray-lined cookie sheet.  Broil for 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
