Chocolate Hazelnut
Mousse
(Based on More Taste Than Time)
There's really nothing like this.
Trivial to make (except for the cleanup) and so wonderful that everyone asks for
the recipe.
2
cups heavy (whipping) cream
¾ cup Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
2 teaspoons Cognac or rum (optional)
Whip the cream using an electric mixer until it is thick.
Fold in the chocolate spread and the Cognac, if desired.
Serves 6 to 8.
