| Chipotle Chicken or Turkey
1 can diced or stewed tomatoes with chilis Combine the canned tomatoes, chipotle, cumin, and cocoa in a blender and whirl them briefly to combine, but not purée. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken or turkey until it’s nearly cooked through. Add the sauce and heat to a simmer. Simmer for ten minutes. Serve in warmed corn tortillas or just by
itself.
